Resolved Question: Is there a device out there that...?

Is like a combination of a boom box and an iPod, in that it stores a lot of music and you can see the list of songs like an iPod library and it also plays it out through good, loud speakers? I'm just wondering if such a device exists. You would think it exists, right? I just don't like using my iPod dock all the time when I want to listen to music out loud and my laptop doesn't play music that loud... and sometimes it gets annoying when I listen to mix CD's through my boom box because I always forget what order the songs go in. So is there a device that is kind of like a large iPod / boom box or something? Or should I send this idea to an inventor because I think this could be a handy idea :) Thanks for any help....
